in the Penfield High School Cafeteria
from 9 am to 4 pm

9:00 am - 12:45 pm - Full Price Sale

1:00 pm – 2:45 pm 

Half-Price Sale* 

3:00 pm – 4:00 pm 

Bag Sale*

*some items excluded from Half-Price and Bag Sale

Pre-Sale for all district employees who are PTSA/PTA/HSA members is
Friday, January 26, 2018 from 2:30 - 5:00 pm

staff not affiliated with a specific building do not need to be PTSA/PTA/HSA members

The Fantastic Finds sale is the only PTSA fundraiser for the year.
All monies raised are used to support the High School community.

Donations

Donations will be accepted at the High School Back Loading dock at the following times:

  • Wednesday, January 24, 3:00pm-9:00pm
  • Thursday, January 25, 3:00pm-9:00pm
  • Friday, January 26, 12:00pm-8:00pm
If you are doing any cleaning, set aside your saleable surplus household goods, extra decorations and outgrown clothes for the Fantastic Finds Sale!

If you would like to donate large items, antiques, jewelry, artwork, or other valuables, please email the program chairs (fantastic-finds@penfieldptsa.org) at any time to arrange pickup.

We cannot accept the following:
  • Broken or soiled items
  • Baby furniture and car seats
  • Computer monitors (except flat panels), keyboards, tower and desktop computers
  • Downhill skis
  • TVs (except flat panels)
  • Hazardous materials or containers with liquids
  • Stuffed animals
  • Pillows

Volunteers Needed

Volunteers are needed to unpack, display and sell the terrific stuff donated by the community and clean up at the end of the sale. To sign up for a volunteer shift simply visit the online registration site.
