Each year the PHS PTSA awards several scholarships, ranging from $150 to $500, to seniors.  All are encouraged to apply.

***New this year... All applicants will need to volunteer during the Fantastic Finds Sale from January 26-28, 2012.

Application form for the Class of 2012 is attached below and available in the Counseling Office.  It is due back March 30, 2012**.
