Rick Pound has dedicated his life to counseling youth toward higher academic achievement and athletic excellence through his roles as an Athletic Director, middle and high school counselor and varsity coach. Mr. Pound holds a Master’s Degree and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Counseling and Human Development and a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration.
